Crocus Expo Exhibition Center

• Address: Moscow, 65–66 km of the Moscow Ring Road, Crocus City Trade and Exhibition Complex,
Crocus Expo IEC. Myakinino subway station.

• Getting there:
— By public transport: Myakinino subway station, exit directly in front of the exhibition pavilions.
— By car: crossing of 66 km of the Moscow Ring Road (outer side) and Volokolamskoe highway.

03. Rules of Visiting

These rules apply to all visitors of the exhibition and aimed at ensuring safety and comfortable stay of exhibitors and visitors at the exhibition.

Exhibition venue and dates

September 23rd – 25th, 2014; opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 18:00 p.m.;
September 26th, 2014; opening hours: 10:00 a.m. – 16:00 p.m.; Crocus Expo International Exhibition Center (Myakinino subway station),
pavilion №3, hall №15.
Rules of visiting the exhibition for organized groups of students are listed below (see clause 2)

Persons to be admitted to the exhibition are those who have:

• An individual e-ticket (free on-line registration until September 19th 00:00)
– one shall pass registration (insert an active hyperlink to the registration table), get an individual e-ticket sent
by e-mail, print this ticket, exchange it to the visitor’s badge at the check-in desk (check-in areas are located in
front of the entry to the exhibition hall №15).

Each individual e-ticket gives a right to get only one visitor’s badge.

During exhibition dates (September 23rd – 26rd, 2014), the on-line registration will be closed. Those visitors who had no time
to pass on-line registration until September 19th, 2014 00:00, will be able to get to the exhibition by purchasing a ticket at
the exhibition center’s booking offices in the hall of Crocus Expo IEC (pavilion №3) and filling up a Visitor’s Form at
the exhibition check-in desks.

• Invitation card – those persons, who have this type of ticket, shall fill up a form on the back of the invitation and exchange it for the visitor’s badge at the check-in desk.

• Booking office card (one shall attach a filled up Visitor’s Form to the ticket; the forms are available at the check-in desks in front of the entries to the exhibition halls) – the counterfoil and the form shall be exchanged for the badge
at the check-in desk.
Cost of admission ticket is 500 RUB.

• Business Program participant’s badge — in order to get this type of badge,
one shall book and pay for participation in the paid exhibition events, register
at the Business Program check-in desk and get an individual Business Program participant’s badge.

• Press accreditation the mass media representatives shall register registration at the PRESS check-in desk (the preliminary accreditation is necessary). Go to the page with the accreditation.

• The organized groups of students can also visit the exhibition The students are admitted to the exhibition
by groups of no more than 15 persons NECESSARILY accompanied by the teacher and shall move around the exhibition
by groups. The relevant educational institutions shall form the lists of groups from the BEST pupils
of no more than 15 students accompanied by 1–2 teachers; no more than 1–2 groups from one educational institution per day.
— The list shall be executed on the letterhead paper of the educational institution, affixed with the seal
and signature of the headmaster.
— The list shall contain all mobile phones of the accompanying teachers for operative communication in case of emergency.
— The list shall be sent to the Exhibition Organizer by fax or e-mail vkk@pir.ru until September 20th, 2014.
— The original list shall be shown at the check-in desk by the teacher accompanying the group of students.
The group of students will be admitted to the exhibition only upon presentation of this list.
— The teacher shall be individually responsible for the behaviour of the group of students at the exhibition.
— In case of violation of the rules of conduct at the exhibition by the students, the Organizers have a right to prohibit the admittance of the exhibition by this group of students and the prohibition for this educational institution may extend for the next years.
— The groups of students ARE NOT ADMITTED to the Moscow Bar Show exhibition.

• Children above 7 years of age shall visit the exhibition on a common basis.

Children can visit the exhibition only if accompanied by adults.

All areas of competitions are open for free visiting – there is no need to buy
additional tickets.

ONLY AMATEUR photo- and video recording for private use is permitted at the exhibition,
provided that the following rules of conduct will be observed:

— Do not cause interference to participants of competition, jury, hosts of events and other exhibition visitors
— Do not use the flash-light
— Do not enter the enclosed area for holding events
— Do not touch the goods of participants

Professional photo- and video recording IS PROHIBITED without accreditation in the press center.

Distribution of promotional and informational products, holding presentations,
demonstrations, campaigns and any similar events without the Organizer’s written consent are
PROHIBITED.

The Exhibitor has the right to deny participation in tasting to the visitor at his/her own
discretion without assigning any reasons.

Smoking in the exhibition rooms, WC and halls of Crocus Expo IEC is strictly PROHIBITED.

The workers of Organizer company and exhibition security service have the right
not to admit the following persons:

— antisocial persons;
— persons in untidy clothes;
— persons with wheeled carts, carryalls, packages, etc;
— persons with the signs of alcoholic and other intoxication;
— persons conducting themselves aggressively and who constitute the potential threat
to the visitors of the exhibition and exhibitors.

The security service officers have the right to require from a visitor to show his/her personal belongings
for examination as long as his/her rights and legal interests are not violated.

In case of violation of these Rules, the Organizer has the right to prohibit the admittance of the exhibition to the visitor who committed a violation, without any compensation, and to demand him/her to leave the exhibition territory.
